Original vintage German advertising poster for the Munich Fasching Lent Carnival at the Cherubin on 7-8 January 1928 featuring a colourful illustration by Viktor Otto Stolz (1874-1955) of a smiling couple dancing against a red background, the smartly dressed gentleman wearing a suit with a top hat and monocle and the elegant lady wearing a fashionable golden yellow dress and headdress with feathers and bracelets, the stylised title text above and information below bordered by decorative pillars. Large size. Good condition, restored tears and stains on margins, backed on linen.
