Original vintage travel poster for Les Diablerets 1200-3000m Suisse Schweiz Switzerland featuring an updated version of the 1947 poster by the Swiss poster artist Martin Peikert (1901-1975) that featured a demon child playing a flute while skipping through the mountains; this edition promotes the opening of the new cable car service and depicts a silhouette of the devil boy lying down next to blue alpine flowers in the foreground with a couple enjoying the view of the mountains and valley from the cable car lift in the centre, the title in stylised lettering on the blue sky above. The character image refers to the name Les Diablerets meaning the abode of devils. Excellent condition, backed on linen.
