Original vintage railway travel poster for The Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast All sports All year Biloxi Gulfport Pass Christian 12 hours from Chicago 17 hours from St Louis Panama Limited Illinois Central the Road of Luxury Travel. Great artwork by the American architect and illustrator Paul Proehl (1887-1965) featuring a scenic view towards sailing boats at sea with people playing golf on a course by the beach and a couple riding horses up a hill between trees, a smartly dressed young lady smiling and waving from her horse in the foreground and a classic car visible behind a tree by the golfers, the text in bold stylised lettering on the border above and below. Good condition, restored folds, restored creasing, restored tears, restored pinholes.
