Directed by the great Steven Spielberg and produced by Kathleen Kennedy "Jurassic Park" was released in 1993 and both terrified and amazed audiences worldwide. Going on to spawn a franchise still in full swing today, the film based on Michael Crichton's 1990 novel became the highest grossing film of all-time upon its release, and was also a huge critical success. Featuring the iconic logo from Chip Kidd, this rare original US One-Sheet poster is the teaser design reading "Summer 1993" with the alternate logo colourways. The third and final album from one of the most influential bands of the latter 20th century, "In Utero" was released by Nirvana in September 1993. Distributed by DGC, a division of Geffen Records (both of whose logos are on the bottom of this poster), the album featured classics such as "Heart Shaped Box", "All Apologies" and "Pennyroyal Tea". The album was a critical and commercial smash success, in spite of the bands attempt to create a less commercial sound following their huge fame.
