Historical scene relating to the union obtained by Paul III between the Empire and Venice against Turks, section of a fresco from the Anticamera del Concilio, Caprarola; the pope is standing at the right with Charles V and the Doge Andrea Gritti, at the left the fleets. This print originates from the series 'Illustri fatti farnesiani coloriti nel real Palazzo di Caprarola' by G. C. von Prenner. A series containing illustrations of frescoes in the Farnese Palace at Caprarola. Published 1748.
