The fantastic carvings portray the goddess, Athena, standing with a spear in her left hand and a plumed hoplite open-faced helmet on her head. Various weaponry and armory can be seen behind Athena and her two kneeling devotees that flank her. All three are clad in a chiton with a zoster wrapped around their upper torso.
