About the Item
Vintage Wild Boar Tusk Trophies with Sterling Silver Mounting plaques - Set of 3, Spain 1942, 1945, 1946. A vintage trio set of wild boar (Sus scrofa) trophies on wooden plaques. These trophies are mounted with a sterling silver plate depicting the place and date of the hunt. The hunts occurred in Spain during and after WW II (1942, 1945 and 1946) which adds significance to the era and turbulence of the European continent at the time. THIS ITEM IS LOCATED AND WILL SHIP FROM OUR MIAMI, FLORIDA SHOWROOM.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. The tusks are as mounted with obvious signs of their age (80+years). The wood is in tact, showing some wear. Sterling silver has normal patina but can be polished to perfection if you prefer it. Beautiful and well preserved as-is.
