The Alchemici wallpaper is the leading man of a transformation show. It owes its expressive power to the meticulous drawings made in Indian ink and reproduced in digital Art to create infinite variations.
As in a kaleidoscope, multiple reflections give birth to images that are often symmetrical and change in unpredictable and variable ways. Allegorical messages are entrusted to the enigmatic Alchemical paper: profiles of faces that meet but are lost in optical games, amphorae from an ancient world, strange characters with mustaches, snakes from Eden, suspicious candles, and locks that open doors to unexpected journeys.
