Apple Green and White Carved Jade Bangle Bracelet

This natural jadeite jade carved bangle bracelet has a beautiful translucent mottled green and white color. This Burmese jade bangle is beautifully carved and dates from the 1950s-1960s. The bangle measurements: - Inner circumferences is 7.38 inches - Inner diameter is 6.1 mm (approx. 2.38 inches) - Width 17.7-18.0 mm (approx. 0.70–0.71 inches) - Thickness 6.5-7.5 mm (approx. 0.26–0.30 inches) - Weight 77 grams Jadeite - the treasure from the east - forms the most rare and valuable jade in the world, a bright green substance known as “Imperial Jade”. Its colouration is so vibrant because it contains traces of chromium, the same chemical which creates the beautiful green of the emerald. This type of jadeite is translucent, making it a brighter stone whose value is evident when seen. The bangle is in very good condition, its analyzed properties confirm the authenticity of this natural jadeite jade. However, there are indications of impregnation, known as B+C-Jade. The bangle can be provided with the gemstone lab report from the Netherlands Gemmological Laboratory (NGL).
