English Sterling Silver Engraved Flowers and Leaves Bangle Bracelet 1960s
About the Item
Wonderful sterling silver engraved flowers and leaves bangle bracelet with a safety chain. The engraving is on the front, the back is plain. The inside measurements are 6.4cm / 2.5 inches by 5.1cm / 2 inches, and the width is 1.6cm / .63 inch. The bracelet is stamped with a lion, an anchor and the date letter M. This means that the bracelet is sterling silver, was assayed in Birmingham, England, and is dated 1961. The makers mark is S.P.S&Co. The bracelet has scratching as expected. The clasp works well.
This is a beautiful silver bangle with lovely engraved decoration, from the 1960s.
