This 14 Karat Yellow Gold Filigree Emerald & Diamond Bangle Bracelet borders between Edwardian inspirations with a slight Art Deco flare. In an Oval shaped bangle for comfort as well as to keep the jeweled section centered on the wrist, as opposed to the more common circular / round shape bangle. The British were most known for this shape of bangle, with a tapered effect as well. Oval tapered bangles were popular from the Victorian era to modern day times today.
Featuring a focal 2 carat Oval cut at 7.9mm x 6.3mm, secured in a 4-Prong setting. Accented with 4 smaller Round cuts totaling 0.40 carats with 2 Bezel set Round Brilliant cut Diamonds totaling 0.12 carats ranking a G-H Color & VS2-I1 Clarity, surrounded by 24 Rose cut Diamonds totaling 1 carat ranking a G-H Color & VS2-I1 Clarity as well. With every characteristic of Colombian Green Emeralds, as customary to this time period. All gems securely set with gold accents to ensure security as well as durability.
This bangle overall portrays strong European influence, most notably the floral wreath design inspired by the Ancient Roman wreath headdresses.
Fitting up to a 7" wrist, inner section measuring 2.25" .. Clasp stamped "14K"
