About the Item

This 8" beaded bracelet features 11 nephrite and 7 jadeite beads, all in varying sizes and geometric forms. A vivid yellow jadeite bead serves as a the clasp. This is a high-quality, handmade bracelet for anyone of any sex who appreciates the revised palate of modern tones. Jadeite and nephrite both come in a huge range of colors, but traditionally only a limited palate has ever been used for jewelry. Now, though, we're seeing more of the "off" colors and they are spectacular. Not a delicate bracelet strung on fine silk, this is a sturdy, durable bracelet strung on last-forever cording. It weighs a substantial 48.93 grams. So it's heavy at first, but then the weight vanishes and it just becomes something you never want to take off.
