A dynamic and strong Coppola e Toppo beaded bracelet from 1964, in bronzes, browns and golds, a rich mix of Bohemian half-crystal beads and brushed gilded metal ;boules' or beads,all mounted on a web of more beads, with a large beaded signature clasp. This statement piece puts a resounding finishing touch to that carefully selected and considered outfit.
Bruno and Lyda Coppola created magnificent and highly distinctive jewellery from their workshops in Milan, from the late 1940s, continuing successfully until the mid Seventies. Highly successful in their own right, both in Europe and in particular the USA, with their own lines, they designed many pieces for the haute couture designers such as Elsa Schiaparelli, Valentino, Pucci, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Ken Scott and Roberta di Camerino.
