About the Item
This is a magnificent Butterscotch Egg Yolk Amber and Silver suite of Pendant, Ring and Earrings. The antique jewelry suite dates to the Art Nouveau - Art Deco to Mid-Century period. The pieces are of extraordinary beauty and design. The amber is a very fine Butterscotch Egg Yolk amber. The silver work is absolutely exquisite and is the work of a master artisan. The pieces have a Jugendstil, Art Nouveau design to them. They are museum quality pieces. It is very rare to find a Suite such as this.
Earrings
The earrings are 1 3/4 inches (45mm) long. The design portion is 1 1/2 inches (37mm) long. They are 1/2 inch (14mm) wide.
Ring
The top of the ring is 24mm by 15mm. The top of the ring sits 10mm above the finger.
The ring is currently a size 6.25 US (M UK) and can be easily resized if desired.
The ring is hallmarked 800, the typical European silver hallmark.
Pendant
The pendant is 2 7/8 inches (73mm) long including the bales. It is 1 3/8 inches (37mm) wide.
There is a tiny fleck off the amber on the left side which is almost impossible to see - this may be natural.
The pendant is hallmarked 800.
