About the Item
This exquisite Sterling Silver cuff bracelet features a French porcelain portrait depicting Cupids Kiss. This exceptional image, painted after Antonio Canova's beloved sculpture - originally commissioned in 1787 resides proudly in a central court of the Louvre, Paris. The portrait measuring 2.5" x 2.13" is accented with two natural large Mother-of-Pearl oval cabochons. We have created a spectacular mounting with engraved frame, edged in beading for this exceptional antiquity. The same romantic beading finishes the Mother-of-Pearl. Even the outside edge of this stunning cuff is beautifully hand stamped with traditional Native American ornament. Soft blues, lilac and rose petal pink heighten the gentle romance of this beloved porcelain portrait which is in magnificent antique condition. With Bohemian elegance, this is a truly unforgettable and important cuff bracelet.
