About the Item

An absolutely exquisite and unusual diamond line bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in platinum, this gorgeous piece is comprised of 71 varying yet complimentary square Step Cut diamond links which graduate slightly towards the center. There are a few different variations of step cuts featured in the bracelet, including Asscher Cut, Emerald Cut and French Cut stones, with the largest weighing approximately 0.40ct. Each sparkling stone rests in an individual channel setting, creating a straight but flexible design that wraps beautifully around the wrist. Together, the diamonds weigh approximately 6.00ctw, exhibiting H-J range color and VS1-SI1 range clarity, sparkling brilliantly in the light with every turn. A fabulous scrolled pattern travels along both edges of the piece, which fastens with a push clasp hidden within the final link, and a fold-over safety latch provides extra security when worn. The unique cut of the diamonds is showcased perfectly within the open back setting, and the graduated nature of the links makes this bracelet an incredible and rare piece. The bracelet was appraised by an accredited and independent GIA-certified Gemologist in February 2020 for $14,000.00. An exquisite find, it would look beautiful worn everyday or on special occasions, and could be paired with other bracelets for a stylish effect! Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/8" long, about 1/8" wide at the center, approximately 1/16" at either end, and is about 1/8" thick. Links can be removed to make the bracelet smaller, if desired.

Wear consistent with age and use. The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are intact. The clasp and safety latch are both secure and in good working condition.
