Art Deco Platinum Diamonds Onyx Links Bracelet, 1925
About the Item
Art Deco Diamonds and Onyx links bracelet. Comprising of rectangular shaped links each contains a row of fine round-cut Diamonds and alternating Onyx or Pink stone. The ingenious of this superb, true Art Deco design that all those links being flexible sit perfectly on a hand and yet all together they create a magnificent geometric style that unites all the links in one flow.
Created in the 1920es this Platinum bracelet represents the epitome of the Art Deco style when natural motives slowly merged into a more geometrically correct form. The level of craftsmanship was very high too. It is even carved on the sides. That is why all the many links of the bracelet come together seamless, moving with a motion of a hand creating a very comfortable feeling for the wearer.
It is one of those rare items that have a similar high value as a collector's item representing the time it was made in and a superb piece of jewelry that can be easily worn today.
