About the Item
This stunning Mercedes Robirosa Paris link bracelet features an antique gilt metal multi-chain design with a massive shape and is complemented by two large carved medallions. The bracelet is signed at the back with the Robirosa brand logo.
The bracelet is in good condition, with minor wear on the metal, especially on the underside.
Measurements: total length is 8.50 in (21.5 cm) - width is 3.13 in wide (8 cm) - Will best fit an average Medium size wrist of 7 in circumference (18 cm).
About:
Mercedes Robirosa, of Argentinean origin, was one of Yves Saint Laurent Couture House's favorite models in the late 1960s and 1970s. After participating in the catwalks of famous couture houses, Mercedes Robirosa started a career in jewelry design. Between 1982 and 1986, Karl Lagerfeld hired her to design and manage the Chanel couture and ready-to-wear accessories collection. In 1987, Mercedes Robirosa launched her line of jewelry. Robirosa's sense of fashion and design comes through in her jewelry as an earthy elegance with a playful sense of whimsy.
