A fine and impressive 8.50 carat amethyst and seed pearl, 9 carat yellow gold lapel brooch; part of our diverse vintage jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold. The Victorian brooch is embellished with an impressive feature four claw set 8.50ct heart cut amethyst, articulating from the main setting. The yellow gold lemniscate-shaped setting is ornamented with thirteen impressive seed pearls, bordered by millegrain decoration; this setting is modelled in the form of a ribbon bow with a central overlapping knot design. The antique lapel brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. The reverse of the setting has been hallmarked with the 9ct gold fineness mark (9CT). This impressive antique amethyst lapel brooch with pearls is supplied with an independent diamond and gemstone grading report card.
