This fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 15k yellow and rose gold, with platinum details. The yellow gold bar style brooch is ornamented with a central design modelled in the form of a snipe. This yellow and rose gold bird has a platinum belly, all embellished with a textured decoration to imitate feathers. The head of the snipe is embellished with mottled brown and amber enamel decoration. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening. This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond brooch has been crafted in platinum. The brooch has been modelled in the form of a three-dimensional tied ribbon bow. The two platinum settings composing the bow loops are embellished with forty-two pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, in addition to a further six diamonds to the interior. The cut tails of the bow are ornamented with a further forty-three pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, paralleling the flowing nature of the ribbon. Both the bow loops and tails settings incorporate scalloped pierced decoration, enhancing the texture of the article. This fine and impressive antique bar brooch has been crafted in 14k yellow gold with 14k white gold settings. The antique brooch is ornamented with seven impressive collet set square faceted cut green tourmalines, totalling 4.20cts. Each feature tourmaline alternates with a white gold pave set eight-cut diamond, in a horizontal linear formation, completing the design. The antique brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and sheath fastening. The pin of the brooch is hallmarked with the 14k gold mark 585 and the brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14 karat gold.
