1940s Diamond and 18K Yellow Gold Ribbon Brooch
About the Item
An impressive vintage 1940s 0.45 carat diamond and 18 karat yellow gold, 18 karat white gold set brooch; part of our diverse diamond jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This fine and impressive vintage diamond brooch has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with 18k white gold settings.
The asymmetric ribbon design is embellished with 18k white gold floriated leaf motifs.
The floral designs are embellished with four bezel set and twenty pavé set eight-cut diamonds.
A further six individually four claw set eight-cut diamonds ornament the brooch.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.
The reverse of the setting is struck with the 18k gold fineness hallmark -750- and a partially worn maker's mark.
This vintage gold and diamond brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Condition
This impressive vintage brooch is fine quality set with very high color graded diamonds displaying a fine white color and brilliance. The brooch is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with hallmarks to the reverse.
