About the Item
This is a stunning, 1950s Retro, 14k yellow gold pin/pendant featuring blue enamel and turquoise. The pendant features 15 small round turquoise and dark blue enamel flowers, giving this pin beautiful contrast between the blue, turquoise and 14k yellow gold. The design of this brooch features a bale as a well as a pin, allowing this pin/pendant to be worn in a combination of different ways. The negative space used is period correct and also allows for the turquoise to be seen from the front and the back. Turquoise is believed to possess healing properties and wearing turquoise is said to help physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
