About the Item

A stunning, fine and impressive pearl and 2.81 carat diamond, 14 karat white gold brooch; part of our antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections This stunning antique pearl and diamond brooch has been crafted in the form of a vase of flowers in 14k white gold. The brooch is accented with four feature pearls of various sizes (3mm - 7mm). The seven flower heads are embellished with forty-eight individually displayed Old European cut diamonds. A combination of Old European cut, Dutch cut and eight-cut, well color matched diamonds ornament the leaves and pierced decorated basket style vase. The diamonds graduate in size, dependant upon their position in the design, with the largest being displayed in relief to the centre of each flower. This impressive example of Victorian jewelry secures to the reverse with a secure push fit clasp. This antique brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. This 1900's brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 14k gold. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
