About the Item
This antique 18 karat gold brooch is adorned with a center cabochon cut amethyst. The frame around the stone is beautifully patterned making it resemble a shield from ancient Greece.
The brooch is equipped with a loop which is why it can also be used as a necklace pendant.
Wear it with a blouse, shirt or jacket. The brooch may with advantage also go with any scarf, purse or hairstyle; classic!
