On offer is this gorgeous 9CT HEAVY GOLD AMETHYST AND PEARL SPIDER BAR BROOCH DETAILS Material: 9ct (375/000) Solid Heavy Rosey Yellow Gold Style: Classic Victorian Bug Brooch, heavy construction and gem set Gemstones: Large round amethyst (approx 5.5mm) and white pearl Setting: Gems are set into a handmade spider with superb detail. Age: Antique mid-Victorian (c1860s) Condition: Excellent Fastening: Gold pin and Y hook clasp. Hinge is good and clasp secure. Has loop for safety chain (available upon request) Hallmark: Old UK 9c, maker CS*FS, fully tested and guaranteed (see below) Origin: UK DIMENSIONS Length: 76.2mm Width: 20 mm Depth: 13 mm Weight: 6.4 grams total Other Info: Very striking, exceptionally well made. The brooch originates from the UK. Brooches are very versatile - they can be worn as is or adapted into pendants, chokers or many other things. Imagination is the only restriction.
