Finely detailed antique Art Nouveau pansy brooch/pendant (circa 1900s to 1910s), crafted in 18 karat yellow gold (the gold nuggets are 22k to 24k gold).
The crescent moon is adorned with natural gold nuggets with textured pansy to the center. Designed as a brooch, it can also be worn as a pendant on a chain. The brooch is a lovely example of Art Nouveau era jewelry when flowers and celestial themes were prominent in jewelry design. We have not cleaned the brooch/pendant in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
