A fine antique Austrian stick pin.
In 14 karat rose gold mounting with a silver top.
Center set with a circa 0.6ct round mixed cut synthetic blue sapphire (transparency: transparent, color hue: blue, saturation moderate) and surrounded by 9 rose cut diamonds with an approximate 0.18 CTW (color: gray, clarity: VS-SI).
Hallmarked to the side HH / a fox head hallmark including 'A' & '4'. HH possibly for Heinrich Heller.
