About the Item
Unusual stickpins as this is are a treat. This Early Victorian Curled Serpent is 18kt gold and enamel and arrives in its original box. It was made c. 1845 by Robert August Brieskorn. When the serpent curls around itself like this it symbolizes eternal love. I wish that for you. Excellent condition with very slight enamel loss at the top circle.
