About the Item

An exceptional, fine and impressive 2.06 carat diamond, 18 carat yellow gold and 18 carat white gold brooch; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections This exceptional, fine and impressive antique gold brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with 18ct white gold settings. The convex brooch setting is ornamented with a pierced decorated trellis design. The antique brooch is ornamented with forty-six impressive individually claw set Old European cut diamonds, totalling 2.06cts. The diamond brooch secures to the reverse with a double hinged pin and clasp. This symmetrical brooch is hallmarked to the side of the setting with the French mark for 18ct gold (eagle's head), in addition to the French import mark (owl) to each pin. This impressive antique yellow gold and diamond brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone. Condition This stunning antique brooch is excellent quality, set with fine and impressive diamonds displaying a fine white colour and brilliance. The arched diamond brooch is an excellent gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with clear hallmarks to the side of the setting and the surface of the pins.
