Beautiful antique pin (early's 1900 - ca. 1910) in yellow gold 18K with 26 diamonds rose cut and a fantastic Natural Saltwater Pearl "Clam" 2, 10cts with beautiful flame patterns.

This fantastic rare natural white Clam pearl has been found inside a wild bivalve mollusc in South East Asia area and has a stunning beautiful flames (iridescent). A natural pearl growth each year by 1mm. This means that this pearl was around 7 years inside the Conch.
