About the Item
This beautiful brooch showcases the classic Art Deco design popularized by Cartier in the early part of the twentieth century. Two square or princess cut diamonds adorn the sides impressively sized at approximately 3.60 carats. The brooch includes an additional 58 round brilliant diamonds weighing approximately 6.10 carats as well as approximately 100 rubies weighing approximately 9.70 carats. The simple sophistication of this design cannot be overstated and was expertly manufactured in platinum during the heights of popularity for this style brooch.
The piece is in spectacular condition given its age.
