A fine old or antique Chinese butterfly brooch or pin.
In 14k yellow gold.
Set with carved jadeite plaques as wings, a round white pearl for the head, and small round diamonds as eyes.
Simply a wonderful figural brooch!

It is in overall fair, as-pictured, used estate condition. There is a small repaired crack to one jadeite wing, with some very fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
