Exquisite Masriera Mythological Nymph Brooch in Gold, Diamonds, Pearl and Enamel
About the Item
This absolutely elegant Art Nouveau tribute brooch was fabricated from the finest materials and crafted by master jewelers at the esteemed house of Masriera in Barcelona Spain, during the late 20th century. The image is of a winged nymph, depicted in 18k gold, brilliant cut diamonds and a fine quality 5.50mm pearl, which are all generously accented with cloisonne and plique-a-jour enamel. Total approximate diamond weight is .75ct and overall diamond quality is F/G color and VS1 clarity. It is the perfect size, measuring 1 5/8 inches by 1 3/8 inches and is signed on the reverse side MASRIERA 750 and c-4613-c. The original certificate of authenticity is included when purchased. Gross weight 20.80 grams.
