One Carat Royal Blue Sapphire Sculptural Brooch in Eighteen Karat Gold
About the Item
The Magnolia Flower contemporary brooch is crafted from 18 karat yellow gold and features a GRS certified no heat royal blue sapphire with a weight of 1.03 carats. The sapphire has a cushion cut and measures 6.97 x 5.09 x 2.84 mm, exhibiting an incredible royal blue high saturation vivid deep color that is perfectly framed by the mirroring golden petals. The piece is a limited edition design and the weight of it is approximately 8 grams. The sapphire is mined in Madagascar.
The piece is designed by oil painter and jewelry designer Polya Medvedeva. It is meticulously crafted to look perfect from all angles, which is the result of many hours of work in 3D before the final shape was created.
Magnolia is one of the oldest flowers on earth and symbolizes the combination of all flowers' symbolism. Its beautiful shape balances symmetrical and not-symmetrical, order and chaos.
