Vintage Enamel and Gold Mallard Duck Brooch, circa 1970s

About the Item

This charming mallard duck brooch was made in the 1970s. The body is made of solid 18 carat gold, and is beautifully and intricately formed- with great detail on the feathers. The head is beautifully enamelled, giving a luminescent glow, similar to the feathers of a real mallard. This is a rare brooch which was excellently crafted.
