A fine and impressive pair of vintage 9 karat yellow gold and enamel cufflinks; part of our men's jewelry and estate jewelry collections. These fine and impressive vintage cufflinks have been crafted in 9k yellow gold. The cufflinks have a barrel shaped form. The anterior face of each cufflink is ornamented with an applied heraldic, shield shaped design. The crest and crown decoration is embellished with red and blue enamel. The posterior links have a rectangular form accented with a groove decoration and a small 18k hallmarked 750 white gold panel to the reverse. The cufflinks articulate via a curved connector bar clearly hallmarked with the French import mark (owl) . The cufflinks have been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9k gold with 18k gold panels to the reverse of the posterior link. Condition These vintage 1970s cufflinks are fine quality with enamel decoration. The cufflinks are a very good gauge of gold and are in excellent condition with clear French import hallmarks to the connector bars.
