Sie haben hier die einzigartige Gelegenheit, ein originales Berliner Eisen Schmuckset bestehend aus Collier und Ohrringen zu erwerben. Es besteht aus gegossenem, geschwärztem Eisen. Die Haken der Ohrringe bestehen aus Gold. Bekanntermaßen ist das Original „Berliner Eisen“ historisch sehr wertvoller Schmuck aus dem klassizistischen Deutschland. Die hier angebotene Demi Parure beeindruckt mit dem filigranen Motiv der Weinblätter. Die Stücke wurden entworfen und gefertigt in den Werkstätten von Johann Conrad Geiß in der Zeit um 1820/1830. Johann Conrad Geiß lebte vom 06.01.1771 bis 19.11.1846. Er arbeitete in Berlin und war der bedeutendste Eisenkunstgießer und Juwelier für unvergleichlichen Eisenschmuck. Das Mittelmotiv des Colliers hat ein Neogotisches Design. Die Feinheit der Arbeit fasziniert jeden Betrachter sofort. Bei in Sand gegossenem Eisen erwartet man diese Leichtigkeit nicht. Sie ist das Ergebnis einer perfekten Technik, die eine so nachhaltig beeindruckende Ausdrucksstärke inne hat. Echtes Berliner Eisen ist in Schmuckform nur in einem kurzen Zeitfenster und aus politischen Hintergründen entstanden. Der Slogan "Gold gab ich für Eisen" ist auf die Finanzierung des Krieges gegen Napoleon zurückzuführen. Selten hat ein Schmuckset fast zwei Jahrhunderte in makellosem Zustand überstanden.
