Beautiful French pair of retro jeweled clips earrings Great sculptural pieces made in Paris, France during the post-war period, circa 1950's. They are a one-of-a-kind pair of clips-earrings crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with platinum accents for the diamonds settings. The entire surface is finished with geometric textured patterns. They are suited at the reverse, with comfortable hinged omega backs for fastening clips and the posts option for pierced ears can be easily added. The platinum four-prongs settings are mounted with 18 European round diamonds, 1.08 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity The total combined weight is 23.7 grams and the measures are 30 mm by 32 mm (1.18 x 1.26 inches). Stamped, with French hallmarks; the eagle's head for the assay and guaranty of the 18 kt gold, the maker's maitre cartouche SG and stamped two times .750. Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box. Condition: The overall condition of this earrings is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold.
