Clips-on earrings designed by Hemmerle.
Fantastic pair of earrings, created in Munich Germany by the jewelry house of Hemmerle, back in the late 1990. This pair has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and is embellished with a great matching pair of natural royal blue sapphires. They are fitted at the reverse, with posts for pierced ears and omega backs for fastening clips. Hemmerle jewelry pieces are rare and very hard to find. The craftsmanship and the sapphires selection are really exceptional, this is definitely a great collector's items.
Sapphires: Mounted in bezel settings, with 2 marquise cabochon cut (12.5 x 7 x 5.1 mm) of natural blue sapphires of 9.62 carats.
Weight: 12.95 Grams, (8.30 Dwt).
Measurements: 20 mm by 12 mm (0.79 x 0.47 Inches).
Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the maker's mark, the marks for the assay of the gold and signed, "HEMMERLE GTH .750".
