Modern Style Clip-on Earrings in Eighteen Karat Rose Gold with Natural Rubies
About the Item
These modern style 18 karat rose gold cocktail clip-on earrings are encrusted with 10 round diamonds and detachable rubies, 1.4 carats in total, each measuring 0.26 x 0.16 inches. This jewellery collection was featured in Vogue UA review in November.
The size of one earring is 1.45 x 0.67 inches, and the depth without a lock is 0.2 inches. We use top natural diamonds VS, F-G, and work with a German gems company that has been in the market since the 19th century.
The sculptural design adds extra highlights to the surface of the gold. The diamonds add delicate blinks. The gems can be exchanged for other gem drops such as tanzanites, rose or lemon quartz, blue topazes, or red garnets.
These earrings are custom hand-made, with each gem and flower custom-placed for each unique piece. This is a limited edition jewellery collection designed by a painter from Berlin, Polya Medvedeva.
The plum blossom symbolizes the energy of life, as these trees bloom at the end of winter.

Her inspiration is rooted in the aesthetic theories of Xie He, a Chinese theorist from the 5th century. Her designer jewelry combines the precise work of professional fine jewelers with a rich history of being in the market since the 19th century, along with new sculptural ideas by the artist herself. Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
