Exceptional and unique purple sea urchin, 14K gold and oval faceted cut amethyst earrings by Maz
20th Century
The sea urchin with lovely ombre color variation, deeper purple in the center to lighter lavender shades toward the edges, set with rope twist gold inlay details and centered by fine faceted oval amethyst gemstones. The backs fully finished in gold and signed by the maker. Maz is renown for their gold and seashell earrings in a marvelous variety of colors, but sea urchin earrings are extremely rare.
Large scale statement earrings for unforgettable impact. Light and wonderfully comfortable to wear for such large earrings.
