About the Item
A pair of 18 K white Gold Diamond and Turquoise earclips created by master Swiss goldsmith Paul Binder, c. 1980s. Signed with maker's mark, stamped 750. Set with 60 baguette Diamonds and 6 brilliant cut Diamonds weighing 1.97 ct, F/G,if/vvs and 2 fine natural Turquoise Cabochons weighing 18.99 ct.
Clip-backs for non-pierced ears.
A wonderful and most wearable piece of jewelry. Matching ring and necklace with pendant available!
Paul Binder opened his first shop in Winterthur, Switzerland, then in 1974, opened a shop in Zurich on Storchengasse 4. He is predominantly known for his sleek, modernist aesthetic and expert goldsmithing skills, often detailing his work with diamonds and unusual materials such as wood, horn , acryl etc. . He is considered one of the most influential goldsmith in Switzerland with his characteristic avantgarde style.
