Articulated Victorian Gold Wheat Earrings
About the Item
Victorian Earrings with articulated center motif which has an applied wheat motif in a shield shaped surround bordered in finely twisted wire. The earring has a pinkish gold cast on the interior dangle and a richer gold tone on the body.
3 small gold balls dangle from each earring. Circular motif at ear with Aesthetic design. 2" x .5". Original ear wires. 1880's USA.
