A gorgeous pair of jade and diamond earrings from the Victorian (1880s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold and sterling silver, these dramatic earrings feature approximately 1.30ctw of old Mine and Rose Cut diamonds set within a unique setting. The earrings hang from a 14kt gold wire which attaches to the back of an old Mine Cut diamond surmount. Dangling below is a sterling topped bar link which displays a similarly sized diamond set in the center. An open circle lined with old Rose Cut diamonds enhances a larger, old Mine Cut diamond which is set at the top, riveted into the front of a three-armed bar link attached behind the ring. Dangling freely from the base of the multi-arm link are three additional Mine Cut diamonds, two of which are prong set and the other bezel set in the center of another bar link. Hanging from the longest, center link is a beautiful natural jade bead that wonderfully completes the stunning and unusual design. The earrings have lovely movement and look beautiful when worn. Truly one-of-a-kind, the earrings would make a perfect addition to any collection. The earrings hang approximately 2 7/8" long (including the wires), are 5/8" wide, and the jade stones measure 3/8" in diameter.

Condition:

Wear consistent with age and use. The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the 14kt gold and sterling silver settings. The diamonds and jade stones are all intact and securely set.
