The idea to create her favourite fruits as a jewellery collection came to the artist from Berlin, Polya Medvedeva, while she was reviewing the fragrances with the sweet and fresh notes of fig. The collection become the mascot for everyone, who adores fragrances or sunny places, where this fruit grows. Together with shining gold and transparent gems the design makes this piece a contemporary jewellery item, while the simplicity of the lines and the big gem still make it look classy and cocktail. The cabochon smoky quartz drops can work differently, to a strict black dress they will add spaciness, and the colourful outfit they may shift to the elegance.
Sugar fig fruit is an equivalent of the bible forbidden apples, the fig leaves are the only clothes for the first humans in the garden of paradise. Fig is one of the sacred trees in the ancient myths.
