About the Item
From the house of the prolific Art Nouveau designer, Luis Masriera comes a long tradition of prestige, creativity and unparalleled craftsmanship. These stylistically distinctive works of art, have been crafted by Masriera since 1839 and continue to be made today with the techniques used decades ago: plique-à-jour, basse-taille, champlevé, vitreous enameling and Barcelona enameling.
These stunning 18-karat yellow gold earrings are designed with Masriera's quintessential plique-a-jour enameling, and are accented with oval Emeralds weighing 2.48 carats and round brilliant Diamonds 0.88 carats . This specialized enameling technique, allows the light to pass through creating a stained glass effect. The soft colors lend themselves to a pastel like palette of soft pinks,peach,lilac,blue and ivory.
The earrings have a post back and a french clip. They can be easily adjusted for non pierced ears.
Earrings measures approximately 2.5 inches long.
The earrings are stamped Masriera G-1296-G
