About the Item
Crafted in 14-karat gold by the skilled hands of experienced Italian artisans, these elegant earrings from Vintouch's Little Lovelies collection feature a pair of hand-engraved cameos on Capodimonte porcelain, depicting two young women, a symbol of romance and unconditional love, surrounded by luminous river pearls. Handcrafted on a very fine porcelain known as 'biscuit,' Vintouch cameos are unique pieces made with respect for the environment, masterfully transformed into precious jewelry by goldsmiths in Torre del Greco, Naples, where the brand is based. The jewelry in the Little Lovelies collection is inspired by the stories that designer Alessandro Ricevuto has heard for years in the goldsmith workshops he has frequented since he was a very young child, which told of artisans capable of depicting the faces of the women they loved on little cameos called 'little heads,' so that it was possible to recognize the artisan simply by looking at the engraved figure.
