Created by Spectra Fine Jewelry in the 21st century, circa 2019, the earrings are crafted in 18K white gold and feature round brilliant-cut diamonds with an estimated weight of 14.50 carats of G color and VS clarity. The white gold settings beautifully complement the stones with a cool luster. The earrings weigh 38.35 grams and are designed for pierced ears, outfitted with posts and French clips. The overall shape of this symmetrical pair strikes a note of vintage glamour. The domed earrings are made in the bombé style (French, meaning ‘bomb-shaped’ and named for the French dessert, bombe glacée or ice cream bomb) which offers a pleasingly rounded, attention-grabbing shape with more surface area for embellishment.
