About the Item
This is a spectacular 26.5 inch Amethyst Bead Necklace with 14 Karat Yellow Gold spacer beads and clasp. The necklace is a masterwork by the Native American Artist Joyce Starwalker and the necklace has her original tag from 1989. The magnificent large faceted natural Amethyst beads are some of the most beautiful Amethyst beads you will find. They are a gorgeous purple color. The amethyst gems are beautifully faceted graduated amethysts which measure from 7mm to 24mm (almost an inch!) in diameter. The necklace is further adorned with elegant embossed gold spacer beads. The clasp is a lovely filigree 14 Karat Gold clasp. The stunning 26.5 inch (67 cm) length is very rare and the combination of the Amethyst and Gold is exquisite in this Native American Indian Masterwork. You will love it!
Joyce Starwalker is of Cherokee descent. Her jewelry has been shown at the Five Civilized Tribes Museum in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
The necklace is 26.5 inches long.
