Bakelite and Lucite Extra Long Necklace with Orange, Green and Glitter Beads
About the Item
This superb extra-long Bakelite and Lucite beaded necklace was crafted in the 1980s with beads from the 1950s. The rounded beads have assorted sizes, and some have a pattern. Mix and match glittering colors boast burnt orange marble, tangerine orange marble, butterscotch marble, and rare Prystal transparent green with glitter flakes inclusions. The transparent Lucite beads also have gold flake inclusions. The necklace hangs very nicely around the neck. There is no closing clasp, and the vintage link is still safe.
Vintage beads from the 1950s, this necklace was rebuilt in the early 1980s. Please check the last picture for similar pieces pictured in the famous Fashion Magazine ELLE, UK, and French issues.
